Getting started is simple. You'll register in our client portal, add your dog's information, and request your complimentary trial day.

Create your account and add your contact information.
2. Add Your Pet & Upload Vaccinations
Add your dog's profile and upload vaccinations records.
3. Request Your Complimentary Trial Day
Choose a day and submit your request. We'll confirm details with you.

Complimentary Trial Day (Recommended)
Getting started is simple. You'll register in our client portal, add your dog's information, and request your complimentary trial day.
We recommend a complimentary trial day for new clients (but it’s not required). Think of it as a friendly, low-pressure first visit: your dog gets familiar with our environment and routine, and we get to learn their play style so we can keep the experience safe and fun.
A complimentary trial day helps us:

match them with the best group based on size, temperament, and play style

build confidence so future daycare or boarding feels easy
Vaccinations Required
To help keep play safe and healthy, dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:

Bordetella (preferably every 6 months)

Distemper
-
Rabies

What to Bring
Daycare:
Please bring a leash & collar/harness and any medications with clear instructions. That's it- we will take it from there.
Overnight Boarding:
If your dog is boarding with us, please pack:

food for the full stay (plus 1 or 2 extra meals, just in case)

medications with clear written instructions

leash & collar/harness

one comfort item (optional)
No need to pack their entire closet- simple is best! ;)
