Since 2011, Mid City Animal House has welcomed neighborhood dogs for days of play and overnight stays. Our locally owned facility offers thoughtfully matched playgroups, familiar staff, and a balanced routine with time to play and recharge.
Whether your dog joins us regularly or stays while you’re away, we take time to learn their personality, preferences, and play style.​​​​​

Doggy Daycare
Doggy Daycare is a day of playtime and social interaction for your four-legged friend. Give your dog a day of companionship, activity, and attentive care. Our staff works hard to make sure that all of the dogs in our care get the attention and interaction they need to go home happy and tired from a long day of play!
Our separate playrooms and outdoor play area give us flexibility to separate dogs by size, temperament, and play style.
We focus on thoughtful groups, close supervision and a balanced routine. We find this works best in providing pets with a safe environment.

Daycare Hours
Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed for daycare.

Daycare Rates
Half-Day Daycare — Under 5 Hours
1 dog: $19
2 dogs: $36 total

Full-Day Daycare — 5 Hours or More
1 dog: $27
2 dogs: $40 total
3 dogs: $60 total
Daycare Packages
Packages are a great option for families who come regularly and want consistent routine.
10-Day Daycare Package
1 dog: $240
2 dogs: $370
Expires 90 days after purchase.

20-Day Package
One dog: $450
2 dogs: $700
Expires 180 days after purchase.
Each package credit covers a full day of daycare. Two-dog packages cover both dogs for that day.
Multi-dog rates and packages apply to dogs from the same household.
Packages must be purchased in advance and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Overnight Dog Boarding
When you’re away, your dog can enjoy a familiar routine with daytime play and personal attention from our team.
Boarding includes participation in daytime daycare and play at no additional charge. We get to know each dog and thoughtfully match their group so they can settle into their stay.

Dogs sleep in individual kennels overnight. Dogs from the same household may share a kennel, depending on size and temperament.
Boarding Rates

1 dog: $40 per night
Additional dog from the same household: $35 per night
10-night boarding package: $350​​
Must be purchased in advance. Nonrefundable and nontransferable. Expires one year after purchase.
Boarding Pickup & Drop-off
Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m.-10 a.m. and 4 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Holiday Boarding Reservations
A $50 deposit per dog is required for boarding reservations over the following holidays:
• New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Mardi Gras and the weekend before
• Easter weekend
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
Your holiday reservation is not held until the deposit is paid.
Deposit will be applied to the bill at the end of your pet's boarding stay.

Cancel at least five days before your scheduled arrival to receive a refund to your original payment method. For cancellations made less than five days before arrival, the deposit is retained as the cancellation fee.

There is no cancellation fee for regular, non-holiday boarding reservations. Please let us know when your plans change.
